Quotes & Additional Fees

Fast Truck Repair coordinates mobile roadside assistance for commercial trucks, semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, and heavy vehicles based on vehicle needs and regional availability.

Submitting a service request does not guarantee immediate technician or part availability. Dispatch times, travel charges, and labor rates vary by location, traffic, and weather.

All phone or digital quotes are initial estimates unless confirmed in writing. Extra charges apply when vehicle conditions require unexpected labor, diagnostic tools, parts, or towing.

Responsibilities & Liability

Provider Network and Safety Rules

Third-Party Service Providers: Fast Truck Repair dispatches qualified independent mobile mechanics, towing operators, and tire service providers. Operating service providers maintain their own individual terms, repair warranties, labor rates, and safety policies. Fast Truck Repair is not liable for third-party delays, service outcomes, or independent provider actions.

Customer Duties & Cancellations: Drivers must provide accurate vehicle details, location coordinates, VIN, and breakdown descriptions. Customers are responsible for providing a safe roadside location. Service requests cancelled after technician dispatch or blocked by unsafe conditions are subject to standard cancellation and service fees.
