Terms and Conditions

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

WHEREAS, Call-Out Tech LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its network of authorized service

providers (hereinafter referred to as "Service Providers") provide emergency roadside assistance services for

commercial equipment;

2. FINANCIAL TERMS

2.1 A non-negotiable broker service initiation fee of One Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($195.00) (hereinafter referred to as the

"Deposit") shall be required prior to service dispatch.

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

3.2 In the event of a "Gone on Arrival" (GOA) occurrence or dry run, a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars

($100.00) shall be assessed.

4. AUTHORIZATION AND LIABILITY

4.1 By accepting this Agreement, the Customer hereby authorizes the Company and its Service Providers to conduct

necessary diagnostic and repair services.

4.2 The Company and its Service Providers expressly disclaim liability for damages arising from theft, fire, or other

force majeure events, including but not limited to delays caused by parts availability, inclement weather, traffic

conditions, or law enforcement interventions.
